avec des partenaires du m\u00e9dico-social (principalement l&rsquo;IRTS-IR), du rectorat et de l&rsquo; inspection acad\u00e9mique (Dafpen, inspection de l&rsquo;ASH)-avec le soutien constant et engag\u00e9 d&rsquo;amis de la p\u00e9dagogie institutionnelle, principalement Monsieur le Professeur Jacques Pain- et des amis du secteur du Handicap, principalement Monsieur le Professeur Charles Gardou (universit\u00e9 Lyon II) et nos amis de l&rsquo;association HSE (Handicap solidarit\u00e9 \u00e9galit\u00e9 Marie-H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Delon, Julia Krist\u00e9va, Charles Gardou&#8230;) et des associations pour les situations de handicap&#8230;<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_14\">Principales caract\u00e9ristiques du projet et objectifs scientifiques et professionnels de la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">Dans une approche interdisciplinaire, entre les partenaires principaux (les d\u00e9partements de sciences de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et de psychanalyse UM3, IUFM\u00a0: UM2, l\u2019INS HEA), ce projet consiste, dans une formation nouvelle, \u00e0 offrir la possibilit\u00e9 aux \u00e9tudiants et aux professionnels d\u2019orienter leurs d\u00e9marches p\u00e9dagogiques, \u00e9ducatives, th\u00e9oriques et pratiques autour de la question devenue fondamentale de\u00a0 l\u2019accompagnement, de l\u2019enseignement, et de la formation des populations \u00e0 besoins \u00e9ducatifs particuliers. Il appara\u00eet n\u00e9cessaire de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019universitaires qui d\u00e9veloppent des formations et des recherches dans le domaine envisag\u00e9, afin d\u2019interroger la culture professionnelle et les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques des acteurs de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au regard de la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de certains publics \u00e0 besoins \u00e9ducatifs particuliers et de leurs difficult\u00e9s scolaires.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style_12\">La loi d\u2019orientation de 1975\u00a0 avait pr\u00e9conis\u00e9 l\u2019int\u00e9gration scolaire et sociale tout en consolidant le cadre d\u2019\u00e9ducation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e\u00a0; la loi de 2005 tente de lever le clivage entre les pratiques de l\u2019\u00e9ducation ordinaire et celles de l\u2019\u00e9ducation sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. La loi de 1975 pr\u00e9voyait en effet l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole ordinaire tout en laissant coexister les deux syst\u00e8mes de l\u2019enseignement scolaire et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation sp\u00e9ciale.
